Associate Business Analyst - Remote ($22.45 - $43.89 / Hour)

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform SQL searches in Facets to gather data for analysis
• Assist testing and IT partners with data analysis
• Analyze data between Facets and downstream clinical systems to ensure data accuracy and identify errors
• Build reports and deliver results to leadership
• Support processes and procedures within the Eligibility operation

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of data management experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Experience communicating complex information to audiences with varying backgrounds
• Advanced level proficiency working with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, calculations, charts, graphs, etc.
• Proficiency in tracking, trending, and reporting metrics
• 1+ years of SQL experience and change management experience
• Proficiency in Facets system
• Functional testing experience with hands-on experience preparing test plans and strategies
• Experience working in a highly matrixed corporate setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team to solve problems and achieve goals
• Demonstrated ability to develop, write, and modify SQL queries
• Demonstrated solid ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
• Medicare & Medicaid experience
