Team Assistant - Commercial Enterprises & Global Ultrasound (Remote) ($70000.00 - $75000.00 / Year)

As a Team Assistant for Commercial Enterprises Management & Global Ultrasound Leadership, you'll provide high-level administrative support, coordinate meetings and travel, and ensure smooth operations. If you're a problem solver with excellent communication skills and extensive experience in office operations, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and respond to internal and external requests
• Assist with document and agenda preparation for high-level meetings
• Support the Commercial Enterprises Management (CEM) team and Ultrasound Leadership with day-to-day operations
• Handle travel and expense management for the team
• Coordinate meeting logistics, including town halls and department meetings

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role in a global matrix organization
• Fluent in English; German or Mandarin language skills are advantageous
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
• Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
