Remote Healthcare Data Analyst ($28.85 / Hour)

Employer is currently seeking a Remote Workforce Management Analyst to join our team. This is a contract-to-hire role that offers the opportunity to work alongside a leader in home care. Core Experience

• Must complete an Advanced Excel Test and score 80% or higher.
• Highly proficient with SQL, Tableau, and SharePoint. Familiarity with Python is a plus.
• Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and research methods.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, computer science, management information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of data analyst or related experience, including proficiency with analytical software.
• Experience in Workforce Management/Business Planning is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, data connections, VBA, etc.

A Day In The Role

• Handle production reporting for 1200 team members and manage employee scorecards and incentives.
• Provide guidance and direction on workforce strategies to enhance performance and reduce costs.
• Work as part of a team to create and maintain reporting and perform analytics on results.
• Use strong mathematical aptitude to break down complex analytics into understandable terms.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports using various tools.

Work Environment

• 100% REMOTE - equipment provided.
• Monday to Friday - 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (EST).
