  • Handle incoming cases and extract data
  • Enter data into electronic database using Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word
  • Work independently and in partnership with team members
  • Address and document questions, ensuring timely case returns
  • Work with medical documents such as Independent Medical Reviews


Requirements


  • High-speed internet and own equipment (laptop or desktop computer)
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy
  • Prior administrative and clerical experience
  • Comfortable and proficient with computers and spreadsheets


Shifts Available


  • 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
