Position Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project team and business unit leaders on project schedule requirements and changes
• Focus on customer satisfaction and address any issues according to guidelines
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools
• Manage sprints using Scrum/Agile framework and Jira or equivalent technology
• Ensure projects meet financial objectives, budgets, and deliverables

Assignment Specific Responsibilities

• Communicate contracts' status to customers, supervisor, and project managers
• Provide daily administrative support to FCHS Engineering team
• Track and forecast internal spending against budgets
• Track and forecast labor hours for a geographically dispersed team across multiple contracts
• Maintain attention to detail for customer billing and invoicing

Qualifications

• Previous experience in operations, financial, and project management
• Effective communication skills with leadership, engineers, and customers
• Experience with Contract Transitions and Re-competes
• Ability to work across lines of business to implement optimized practices
• 5 years of experience or 9 years of equivalent education and experience preferred

Education/Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Scrum/Agile certificates desired but not required
