Contracts Specialist (Remote) ($65400.00 - $132300.00 / Year)

Employer is seeking collaborative partners, dedicated achievers, and goal-oriented developers to join their team. This remote position as a Contracts Specialist offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring projects are completed to meet regulations and expectations. As part of a cross-functional team, you will support the contracting process from drafting to contract execution. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders are essential. The ideal candidate will have contract experience, excellent customer service abilities, and preferably healthcare industry experience.

What You Will Do

• Serve as a contracting and negotiating expert to other areas within the organization
• Provide time-sensitive, strategic contracting support to internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and escalate issues to management and/or for legal review
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sales, finance, operations, and attorney stakeholders
• Draft, edit, review, and negotiate complex agreements with minimal supervision

What You Need

• Healthcare industry experience is helpful
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Contract experience strongly preferred, specifically within sales contracting
• Strong customer service abilities and responsiveness to internal customers

Salary: $65,400 to $132,300 plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). Actual pay may vary based on location and relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
