Responsibilities

• Research and analyze data, compile reports and presentation materials, and generate adhoc reports as requested
• Manage assigned projects, including planning meetings, creating presentations, and tracking progress
• Facilitate efficient execution of Executive Leadership projects by vetting internal and external requests and directing assignments to appropriate staff
• Act as the primary liaison to internal and external partners, anticipating needs and proactively addressing issues
• Serve as a project manager for special events and provide administrative support to the Service Line Leadership Team

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with great attention to detail
• 5 years of experience in project management and administrative duties, or a combination of education and experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of associates and the public
• Associate's degree required; Project Management certification preferred
