Documentation Specialist (Remote) ($48800.00 - $97200.00 / Year)

Employer is seeking achievers, problem solvers, collaborators, communicators, and service leaders to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our business needs during Pacific or Mountain Time Zone's normal business hours. As a Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for completing due diligence items, preparing lease and finance documentation for commercial clients in the Healthcare Industry, and ensuring a great customer experience. You will also facilitate electronic signature requests, negotiate and approve customer requested amendments, and provide excellent customer service. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and knowledge of legal terms are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements

• Prepare, review, process, and approve final lease and finance documentation

Requirements

• 1+ years of leasing, banking, or finance documentation experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Proficiency with software accounting and tracking systems
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Knowledge of legal terms for lease and finance transactions

Salary: $48,800 - $97,200 plus bonus and benefits
