Primary Duties

• Coordinate with Research and Evaluation team to design, manage, and conduct evaluation projects
• Conduct literature reviews, qualitative data collection and analysis, and other research tasks as needed
• Develop reports, presentations, and data dashboards for internal and external audiences
• Manage data by importing/exporting, cleaning, resolving inconsistencies, restructuring, merging, and running queries
• Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative data using R, SSMS, Excel, and/or SPSS

Position Requirements

• Experience in health and human services evaluation projects or applied research settings
• Ability to effectively communicate findings to program staff and management in written, oral, and graphical formats
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, and R Shiny preferred
• Proficiency in data management tools such as Excel, Access, and SPSS/SAS/R; SQL knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of qualitative research methods (focus groups, interviews, qualitative analysis) preferred but not required
• Valid CA driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements
• Strong quantitative analysis skills, including descriptive and inferential statistics
• Master's degree in Social Sciences (Psychology or related fields) with coursework in Statistics and Research Methods; Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience also accepted
• Experience with maintaining multiple databases for research/evaluation projects
