Artist (Real Estate Photography)- Any Us Major Market - Remote | Wfh

We are seeking dependable, skilled, and experienced 1099 independent contractors to join our team as Visual Capture and Real Estate Marketing Artists. As part of our team, you will specialize in photography and videography services, showcasing your talent and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Qualifications
Photography experience, including HDR.
Videography experience.
3D Capture proficiency (Matterport/Zillow) is a valuable asset.
FAA Part 107 Drone Certification is a plus.
Strong commitment to team-first customer service.
Humility and a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency with professional DSLR equipment (specific models will be provided during the recruitment process).
Reliable transportation.
An operational laptop and smartphone with a high-speed data plan.
Willingness to travel frequently.

Current Real Estate Photographer – You are not affiliated with other real estate photography companies to avoid conflicts of interest.
Immobile – You are ready to travel daily within a 30-mile radius and accept assignments out of state as needed.
Essential Functions And Duties
Comfortably work in residential or commercial properties.
Capture high-quality RAW images, including HDR, of properties.
Follow a detailed process for capturing images with prescribed settings.
Create high-quality videos of properties.
Perform 3D (Matterport & Zillow) scans of properties.
Capture aerial (drone) photos and videos.
Maintain a weekly/monthly availability schedule.
Travel daily within a 30-mile radius for scheduled shoots.
Adhere to professional and safety standards.
Collaborate with the Seek Now team to complete daily tasks.
Escalate customer or client issues when necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using laptops and smartphones, including navigating applications and using Microsoft Office products.
Timely upload of all photo and video files.
Excellent customer service skills.
Effective organization and prioritization abilities.
Self-starter and quick learner.
Willingness to accept short-notice assignments.
Ability to travel daily within a 30-mile radius and beyond a 100-mile radius for special projects.
Education And Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in commercial or Real Estate photography.
Previous videography experience is desirable.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Other Requirements
Clean, reliable vehicle.
Operational laptop and smartphone with a high-speed data plan.
Professional appearance.
Valid driver’s license.
Work Environment
Mix of indoor and outdoor settings for shoots.
Fully remote work.
Physical Demands
Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
Capable of driving up to five (5) hours a day.
Ability to kneel, squat, or bend.
Comfortable working in hot and cold weather conditions.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Position Type And Hours
