Exciting Job Opportunity - Operations Coordinator in Government Contracting!
Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic and rewarding role? We're looking for a talented Operations Coordinator to join our team of passionate professionals. As an integral part of our organization, you'll have the unique opportunity to communicate and collaborate directly with State and Federal clients and partners.
Responsibilities
Embrace the thrill of independently managing communications and customer service for our esteemed State and Federal clients.
Gain an in-depth understanding of our current contracts and ensure that we meet and exceed operational expectations and obligations.
Be at the forefront of 8 active contracts, coordinating and managing day-to-day operational activities with precision.
Use your expertise to monitor and negotiate improvements in standing contracts, enhancing both staffing and technology aspects.
Show your people skills by handling personnel functions, including selection, training, and evaluation.
Qualifications
Experience matters! You'll need 3-4 years of administrative experience in a Federal/Government Contracting environment.
Your proficiency with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint) will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
A solid grasp of business and management principles is essential.
Showcase your expertise in contract compliance for State or Federal agencies with 2-3 years of experience.
Juggling multiple projects with ease is a breeze for you, and you've got the track record to prove it.
With 1-2 years of experience in managing project deliverables from start to finish, you're the go-to person for meeting client due dates.
Working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment is second nature to you.
Your exceptional communication and presentation skills make you stand out, especially when interacting with executive members.
Positivity, organizational prowess, and interpersonal finesse are your defining traits.
Remote work is where you thrive, and you've got 2 years of experience in a fully remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field will give you an edge.
Experience in Civilian Federal Contracting, especially CMS, is a major plus!
If you've worked in a Healthcare IT Environment for 1-2 years, we'd love to hear about it.
Negotiating contracts is an area where you excel, with 1 year of experience to back it up.
Business development, B2B sales, or procurement experience would be a valuable addition to our team.
