Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to our company's success as it involves providing exceptional administrative assistance to our office personnel. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our leadership team, undertaking various clerical tasks, managing calendars, and facilitating smooth coordination of meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently manage clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations.
Coordinate and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
Assist in organizing and facilitating meetings, including preparation of materials and minutes.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
Qualifications
High school diploma or a bachelor's degree in business, administration, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in office administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a strong focus on creating and utilizing Pivot Tables.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
Proven ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Additional Information
This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension.
The role is 100% remote, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
The initial project requires a commitment of 40 hours.
Compensation: $25 per hour.
