Essential Functions
✓ Perform member or provider related administrative support, including benefit verification, authorization creation, claims inquiries, and case documentation (35%).
✓ Review authorization requests for initial determination and/or triage for clinical review and resolution (35%).
✓ Provide general support and coordination services, such as answering and responding to calls, researching information, and assisting in problem-solving (20%).
✓ Assist with reporting, data tracking, gathering, organization, and dissemination of information, contributing to the Continuity of Care process and tracking of Peer to Peer reviews (10%).
Qualifications

Education Level
✓ High School Diploma.
Experience
✓ Minimum 3 years of experience in health care claims/service areas or office support.
Preferred Qualifications

✓ Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
