Full Life-Cycle Recruitment: Be a part of the entire hiring process, from screening and interviewing to onboarding. You'll work closely with our HR Manager to develop and execute captivating job advertisements and postings to draw in outstanding candidates.
Building Strong Partnerships: Collaborate with managers and supervisors to coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in establishing lasting relationships with both our internal team and potential candidates.
Data-Driven Results: You'll be responsible for recording and reporting recruitment statistics to evaluate the effectiveness of our efforts. Your insights will help us refine our strategies and attract even more talented individuals to join our organization.
Qualifications
Passionate Recruiter: With at least 3 years of recent high-volume recruitment experience, you have a proven track record of successfully finding exceptional talent in fast-paced environments.
Healthcare Expertise: Previous experience recruiting licensed Behavioral Health professionals, including LCSWs and LSWs, is a significant advantage. Your knowledge of licensing verifications will be highly valued.
Recruitment Savvy: You're well-versed in full life-cycle recruiting and possess a flair for sourcing clinical candidates. Familiarity with staffing systems, applicant tracking tools, and candidate sourcing solutions will be beneficial.
Team Player: As part of our HR team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to various human resources services, ensuring a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
