Position Overview: Educational Consultant
Are you ready to become a content expert and a brand advocate? As an Educational Consultant, you'll be a guiding force both within our organization and in the larger educational community. Your role will span the entire customer journey, from initial engagement to successful implementation. You'll craft compelling sales presentations, design tailored implementation plans, provide hands-on training and offer ongoing coaching and support. By cultivating relationships, you'll elevate partners and thought leaders in the early childhood education landscape.
Roles & Responsibilities
Foster a culture of continuous learning by orchestrating content and product training for customer-facing teams.
Guide new employees through comprehensive onboarding in our offerings.
Collaborate with Sales and Partner Success Teams to drive revenue growth and seamless implementation of our solutions.
Craft captivating content for sales presentations and tailor implementation plans to meet unique customer needs.
Showcase your subject matter expertise through thought leadership at conferences, blogs, and professional journals.
Create model implementations that showcase our solutions' impact and potential.
Contribute to Marketing and Content teams by shaping customer-facing communication materials.
Champion program success through your interactions and presentations.
Qualifications
A decade or more of experience in the Early Childhood field.
A B.A. in early childhood education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven leadership experience as an administrator or instructional coach.
Skilled in adult learning training sessions.
Expert in delivering compelling presentations, whether in person or virtually.
Willingness to travel up to 40% nationally as needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and eagerness to embrace new technology.
