What You'll Do
Inspire and guide a dynamic team of educators who are passionate about online teaching and student success.
Collaborate closely with colleagues to develop and implement forward-thinking policies and procedures.
Foster strong relationships with Connections Academy school leaders to ensure a seamless experience for both staff and students.
Lead by example, maintaining a high level of professionalism, instructional support, and customer service.
Cultivate an environment of continuous learning by hosting engaging training sessions for staff.

Your Profile
A minimum of 3 years teaching experience (virtual teaching experience is a plus).
A master's degree in a related field is preferred.
A valid teaching credential (from any state) that demonstrates your commitment to student success.

A tech-savvy individual who enjoys using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
