We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team and contribute to our ongoing growth.
Responsibilities
As a Project Manager at E-PAGA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing oversight to project staff, assigning resources, ensuring quality control, mentoring professional development, managing labor distribution, and offering valuable insights to the executive team.
Ensuring that project tasks and contract requirements are met within established timelines, budget constraints, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Developing and tracking project budgets and work breakdown structures to maintain financial transparency.
Creating and maintaining project support documentation, integrated schedules, and performance metrics.
Nurturing relationships and facilitating collaboration among clients and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and alignment with project objectives.
Ensuring the quality of deliverables through effective quality assurance and oversight.
Managing remote staff to ensure their availability during core project hours.
Qualifications

Education
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS)
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desired:
Master's or PhD degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Certificate or degree in Instructional Design
Background or experience in Emergency Management
Familiarity with Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP)
Interest in or exposure to business development tasks
Experience managing complex projects
Knowledge of government contracting processes
Proficiency in MS Office applications
