This position reports into the Director Deliver, Supply Chain Consumer Canada and is based at Markham, ON with a possibility for a remote candidate. There will be strong preference for candidates able to work hybrid schedule.

What Will You Do

The Manager Analytics and Operations, Consumer Supply Chain (Deliver) will be an inspiring leader in driving the analytics capability for Consumer Supply Chain (Deliver). The focus will be to lead the development and deployment of business intelligence and analytics capabilities in support of business priorities and long-term strategies. The Manager will bring an end-to-end view to Deliver by maintaining strategic alignment with all business partners and building technology & business solutions.

The successful candidate will be the key lead for the development of analytic tools connecting the dots in data, producing visualizations/reports and providing insight and recommendations to the end user to support the business. This individual will also be involved in benchmarking, attending industry conferences, partnering with the NA Analytics Center of excellence (COE) and regional counterparts to assess best practices to help enhance analytics for Deliver Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3 Data Analysts and 1 Customer Logistics Operations leader ensuring the team develops and maintains in-depth knowledge about analytic tools, business processes and data relationships covering the order-to-cash processes.
• Drive efficiency and performance improvement via robust data and technology solutions to reduce time spent on metric report generation and enable robust, meaningful insights in support of improving key performance indicators.
• Other duties as required.
• Partner with the Director to develop and lead the implementation of the end-to-end analytics roadmap crafting a logistics business-intelligence strategy.
• Regular interactions with Deliver Leadership Teams, and Global and Regional counterparts. Consultant engagement & IT management.
• Partner with relevant global, regional and local stakeholders, and cross-functional teams (inclusive of IT) in establishing and standardizing critical metrics and reporting processes providing the organization with visibility to the leading and lagging indicators.
• Establish and lead the governance of Consumer Deliver Data architecture with order-to-cash process.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of work experience with 5 years’ experience in advanced data analytics in relevant industry.
• University degree / bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and ability to deal with leaders at every level of the organization.
• Outstanding data modeling, presentation, and ad-hoc analysis skills. Proven-track record in analytics and knowledge of data management/automation and visualization using data engineering and data science.

Desired Qualifications

• Prior experience in People management.
• Experience working with business intelligence tools/software to analyze data of BI tools environment (Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with Agile project management methodology
• Knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques like Alteryx and Python. Strongly desired.
• Experience with SAP and SAP BW strongly desired
• Experience with Azure stack strongly desired
