We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our Consumer Forecasting and Analytics BizOps team to operate, manage, and improve the company-wide forecasting process for our most critical consumer metrics. You will also monitor and communicate these performance metrics, clearly explaining the business reasons for variances, driving understanding of deviations from forecasts, and adjusting forecast models to reflect operational and strategic changes. Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and an ability to meet tight deadlines will be critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide insights on long-term trends for company-wide consumer metrics and assist in long-term planning
• Monitor business performance and drivers for these company-wide consumer metrics
• Own weekly, quarterly, yearly executive reporting
• Coordinate with teams to ensure that forecasts are both accurate and updated to reflect changing operational and strategic priorities
• Provide ongoing proactive communication and collaboration throughout the organization, including with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, and Business Operations
• Develop, maintain, and improve complex forecast models for company-wide consumer metrics
• Provide ad hoc analyses of key strategic priorities for business leaders

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 6+ years of work experience in finance, analytics, technology, operations, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, engineering, economics or any quantitative major.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong executive presence, ability to communicate confidently and effectively across all levels of an organization
• Proficiency in SQL or a desire to learn
• Ability to question both the inputs and the outputs of a model and consider options for improvement
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
• Adaptable and able to react quickly to changing business needs
• Proactive, results oriented, with a can-do attitude in meeting critical deadlines
• Excellent communication, analytical, teamwork, organizational, interpersonal and systems skills
• Exceptional Excel modeling skills
• Strong project management, ability to rally teams around collaborative problem solving

The pay range for this role is $123,000 - $193,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
