We are searching for a full time Operations manager position with cosmetic industry experience.
Mostly work from home with once a week/biweekly in person meetings.
Responsibilities :
Wholesale planning, and forecasting, and invoicing.
Overseeing and managing inventory with our 3PL partner.
US and international compliance and regulatory .
Sourcing, onboarding and managing internal systems, like Shopify, EDI systems, Mercury, any 3rd party system we use for daily business.
The candidate has to be familiar working with our wholesale partners like, Sephora, Nordstrom, Urban Outfitters, Ulta, Target, etc.
Website maintenance , for technical functionality and customers experience, any communication that directly relates to the site with our web developers .
Hours a week 40 (salaried)
Benefits :
We cover 75% medical coverage
We offer Cal savers and a group Aflac policy payed by employee.
Language, (Spanish if possible ) but not required
Interview process, zoom just with Dana and Lora over zoom and in person.
