Cloud Financial Operations & Analytics Manager

The EA Digital Platform (EADP) Data & AI team manages a large operational budget at EA, and a large portion of this budget is spent on our cloud infrastructure that hosts Data Platform, Content Network, Live Services that powers in-game experiences for hundreds of millions of players across the majority of EA games. The cloud infrastructure is spread across multiple public clouds and vendor solutions, with many service accounts, instance types, self-hosted and managed services.

As a Cloud Financial Operations Manager, you will work with a complex domain that requires resource management and optimization. You will help manage cost, while continuing to support the increasing demand from customers and players.

You will report to the Senior Director of Engineering.

Responsibilities

• You will collaborate with Data & AI's partner teams on e2e processes.
• You will manage the infrastructure cost for the Data & AI team.
• You will monitor infrastructure usages and work with teams to optimize cost and performance.
• You will guide the budget forecast.

Qualifications

• 3+ years financial experience
• Experience working with Infrastructure cost and usage, including Cloud Financial Management (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with data visualization software packages, e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau
