Operations Manager
As an Operations Manager at Astranis, you'll be working on both high-level strategy and granular tactics, and making a huge impact. This position is a good fit for those interested in learning how great companies scale, seeing how multiple parts of an organization interact.
Role

• Establish and manage ongoing, sustainable processes and help maintain our strong company culture as we scale from 200 to 500+ employees
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring additional teammates to our rapidly-growing Operations team
• Work across all aspects of our business to support the operations team as well as our engineering, production, sales, and finance teams
• Create your own role after identifying what our organization needs and prioritizing your initiative creation / process development accordingly
• Provide operational support for our spacecraft and technology development programs as needed

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a busy, ever-changing environment and helping bring order to chaos
• 5+ years working in an operational or similarly highly cross-functional role
• Available to work full-time in our office in San Francisco
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Strong reasoning and analytical abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize accordingly

What we offer:
Base pay is a single component of Astranis' total rewards package, which may also include equity in the form of incentive stock options, performance bonuses, high quality company-subsidized healthcare, disability and life insurance benefits, flexible PTO, 401(K) retirement, and free on-site catered meals.
Astranis pay ranges are informed and defined through professional-grade salary surveys and compensation data sources. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, and the level and scope of the position.
Base Salary
$110,000—$150,000 USD
