Who You Are
As the Operations Manager for a designated territory, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the operations of our home care services. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care delivery, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving the growth and profitability of the territory. This position requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client and employee experiences.
What You'll Do
Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure a high-performing and engaged team.
- Lead and inspire a team of branch managers, coordinators, caregivers, and other operational staff in the territory.
- Foster a positive, inclusive work culture promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Operational Efficiency:
- Optimize scheduling and resource allocation to ensure appropriate coverage and timely service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to achieve operational targets.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess adherence to protocols and standards.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance programs to monitor and enhance the quality of care provided.
Client and Caregiver Engagement:
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract and retain skilled and compassionate caregivers.
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and promptly address concerns.
- Build strong relationships with clients, their families, and caregivers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
Financial Management:
- Monitor revenue and expenses, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Develop and manage the territory's budget, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
Relationship Management:
- Establish collaborative partnerships with community organizations, healthcare professionals, and referral sources to grow business.
- Attend industry conferences, networking events, and community outreach activities to promote the company's services and enhance brand visibility.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the home care, healthcare, or service industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to manage stress.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Proficient in using relevant software applications and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in home care services.
Salary: $85,128.00 - $122,724.00 per year
