Native recruiter is working with our tribal partner to fill a Bingo Operations Manager position.
SUMMARY
The Bingo Operations Manager will be responsible for setting up and organizing all aspects of the Bingo games, including game schedules, prize structures, staffing and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities and a deep understanding pf the Bingo industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the duties and responsibilities:
- Create and manage the Bingo game schedule, ensuring a variety of games are available and maximizing revenue potential.
- Monitor and evaluate Bingo game performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance player experience and profitability.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to Bingo operations, including financial reports, databases and regulatory filings.
- Work with Director and Executive Committee member to review and select Bingo software and brand of games to be used for the new operation.
- Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by creating a friendly environment and following Guest Service Guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of all Bingo transactions, including cash handling, sales and prize payouts, in accordance with establish procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies and any other changes affecting the Bingo industry and adjust operational strategies accordingly.
- Work with Marketing to develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract and retain Bingo players, including advertising campaigns and promotions.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for the setup and launch of a new Bingo operation, including budgeting, staffing, marketing and operation procedures.
- Train and supervise Bingo employees.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors and regulators to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess operational effectiveness, identify potential risks and implement corrective actions as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge:
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Bingo management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of Bingo game rules, prize structures and industry best practices.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (verbally interacts with guests, fellow employees, and management.)
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
Ability:
- Organizational and multitasking abilities with an attention to details.
- Ability to work well with others and demonstrate a positive and friendly attitude.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum education, training, and previous work experience required to perform this job:
- Previous experience in managing Bingo operations including the setup and launch of a new Bingo operation is preferred.
