Job Description

OPERATIONS MANAGER



Responsibilities:

·Collaborate with Executive Level Management to establish, launch, and manage operations across various properties including retail, QSR, and full-service restaurant outlets.

·Bring hands-on expertise and diverse hospitality skills to contribute to a growing international hospitality brand.

·Play a pivotal role in creating the operational framework for the brand's initial and future locations.

·Show dedication to food, beverage, and hospitality excellence.



Essential Functions:

·Contribute to the development of the overarching concept for food service outlets (retail, quick-service restaurant & full-service restaurant).

·Assist in detailing specific outlet components such as menus, retail products, schedules, and departmental SOPs.

·Participate in pre-opening labor budgeting, recruitment, and training efforts.

·Collaborate with the Executive Team on product selection and the onboarding of new vendors.

·Direct pre-opening tasks to ensure a successful and timely launch.

·Post-opening, provide oversight for Kitchen Managers and supervise BOH/FOH Managers.

·Actively manage daily operations for all outlets, ensuring operational excellence.

·Liaise closely with retail and quick-service restaurant managers, evaluating outlet performance, procedures, and efficiencies, with a readiness to adapt and adjust as needed.

·Monitor food, beverage, and service quality to meet high ownership-established standards.

·Support team members in fulfilling responsibilities and exceeding guest expectations.

·Willingly step in to provide floor service as required.

·Oversee property maintenance and coordinate with building management.

·Maintain regular communication with landlords and building teams.

·Apply marketing and sales knowledge to boost revenue via catering, events, merchandising, and promotions.



Qualification Requirements:

·Possess extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, with retail and QSR experience as a valuable asset.

·Strong grasp of food and beverage principles.

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

·Exceptional communication and writing skills.

·Familiarity with restaurant and/or retail POS systems.

·Understanding of P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.

·Strong troubleshooting skills with keen attention to detail.

·Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach, train, and develop a diverse team.

·Uphold superior service standards, including resolving guest issues.

·Familiarity with labor law guidelines, job safety standards, food sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.

·Experience collaborating with HR on personnel matters, from hiring to evaluation and termination.

·Flexible schedule to accommodate varying hours, shifts, days, and holidays.
