Operations Manager Jobs

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee our LED lighting fixture assembly operations. You will be responsible for managing a team of assembly workers and ensuring the production of high-quality lighting fixtures in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand.
• Ensure that production processes are carried out safely and efficiently, complying with all safety regulations.
• Work with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during production.
• Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
• Manage and supervise the assembly workers to ensure efficient production of lighting fixtures.
• Collaborate with other departments to align production goals with the organization's overall objectives.
• Train and develop assembly workers to enhance their skills and performance.
• Continuously improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Requirements:

• Education in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Knowledge of LED lighting fixtures and assembly processes is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production management.
