Custom Curb Inc., a well-established company renowned for its custom fabrication of products and accessories for metal buildings and roofs, is currently seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the metal fabrication industry, along with proficiency in various software tools, including SolidWorks, AutoCAD, RADAN, and the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities:

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high performing team, ensuring all members work towards common goals.
• Oversee daily operations of the business, ensuring all workflows are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage programming, scheduling, and project management functions.
• Manage human resources tasks, fostering a positive company culture and overseeing the development and well-being of staff.
• Order materials necessary for operations, ensuring availability when needed.
• Create and maintain operational reports, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.
• Implement and oversee safety procedures, promoting a healthy and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in operations management, specifically within the metal fabrication industry.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with an ability to inspire a high-performing team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, RADAN, Excel, Word, Outlook, and general computer usage.
• Must have a background in sheet metal and fabrication.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Relocation assistance can be considered for those not currently located in Ventura, CA.
• Bonus pay based on performance.
• Salary: $100,000+ based on experience and qualifications.
