Proven experience in managing projects and leading others to highly impactful and timely results.

Partnering with Business Insights, Marketing and Consumer Research to evaluate tests related to new products, promotions and simplification efforts.

Managing relationships with cross functional team members in the collaborative exchanges.

Bringing proven and emerging techniques to the Operations analytics team to help advance our impact in the business.

5 years of PBM, benefits consulting, medical, or financial services experience

Reports to Director or Senior Director in the Pharmacy Audit, Pricing Planning & Analysis, Pharm Trade Relations department or Network Management

1 year of leadership experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience conducting pharmaceutical, medical and/or financial analyses

Extensive experience using analytic tools

Knowledge of inventory management systems and tools. Experience in Business Central a plus

5+ years of experience in inventory management, analytics, or a related field

Develop and implement inventory management strategies and reporting that support the supply chain operations of the company

Work with IT to maintain and improve the inventory management system and other inventory-related tools

Provide recommendations to senior management on inventory management strategies and opportunities for process improvements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Manage and optimize the sales and customer success processes to drive revenue growth and sales effectiveness

Work with the Senior Revenue Operations Manager to ensure accurate revenue forecasting and reporting

Develop and manage sales and customer success performance metrics and KPIs to track sales efficiency and identify opportunities for growth

3-5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
