Health Analytics Operations Consultant Jobs

Prior experience in People management.

Experience with Agile project management methodology

Regular interactions with Deliver Leadership Teams, and Global and Regional counterparts. Consultant engagement & IT management.

Minimum of 8 years of work experience with 5 years’ experience in advanced data analytics in relevant industry.

Strong communication skills and ability to deal with leaders at every level of the organization.

Experience working with business intelligence tools/software to analyze data of BI tools environment (Power BI, Tableau)

Write effective and efficient code both independently and under the guidance of project managers using best practice quality control procedures

Experience working with healthcare claims and enrollment data and familiarity with healthcare data/payment concepts such as:

Experience in preparing data and information and contributing to reports and presentations

Curiosity, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a focus on meeting deadlines

5+ years of experience conducting statistical analysis, including program evaluations

5+ years of experience creating analytic files from databases with complex structures and relationships

Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills

Ongoing performance management through data warehouse tools
