Operations Analytics Associate Jobs

Prior experience in People management.

Experience with Agile project management methodology

Regular interactions with Deliver Leadership Teams, and Global and Regional counterparts. Consultant engagement & IT management.

Minimum of 8 years of work experience with 5 years’ experience in advanced data analytics in relevant industry.

Strong communication skills and ability to deal with leaders at every level of the organization.

Experience working with business intelligence tools/software to analyze data of BI tools environment (Power BI, Tableau)

Manage cross-functional operational planning and forecasting processes across Clinical Operations, Finance, Enterprise Growth, Marketing, etc.

Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively, build rapport, and communicate effectively in remote work environment

Experience with building financial models and unit economics calculations

Assist in budget forecasting and submission process

Spearhead analyses to understand operational drivers and develop KPIs to measure performance and surface opportunities for improvement

Share findings and data-driven recommendations with peers and executive-level audiences through compelling written and verbal communications

Ensure data governance best practices are developed and followed consistently in adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.

2+ years of experience with visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Periscope)

Direct experience with Periscope, BigQuery, Looker, and python

Healthcare, Clinical Informatics, or Insurance experience

Utilize advanced analytics to discover, quantify, and propose actionable insights / impactful recommendations for improvement opportunities for growth and efficiency initiatives.
