We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic professional to join our dynamic team as a Data Analyst. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in extracting, analyzing, and presenting information from large data sets to identify valuable insights and trends. Responsibilities
Utilize your expertise in data analysis to extract and compile information from diverse systems, identifying and analyzing outliers within large data sets.
Provide comprehensive quantitative and qualitative data analysis, presenting patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers in an engaging and informative manner.
Collaborate with internal, external, and enterprise clients to conduct research, develop innovative reports, and document new standard processes.
Utilize cutting-edge analytics software and systems to support departmental goals and enhance data analysis capabilities.
Track trends related to various data feeds, focusing on membership, revenue, and commissions, to identify potential areas of improvement.
Identify deficiencies within existing processes and develop strategies to design and implement improvements wherever possible.
Qualifications
Education: Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years of related experience. 2-4 years of experience is preferred.
Proficiency in MS SQL queries and database development.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including VLOOKUPs and pivots).
Intermediate proficiency with complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
Exceptional critical thinking abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong time management skills to successfully handle multiple projects and tasks, meeting internal deadlines.

Compensation
We offer a competitive pay range of $54,922 to $107,099*, which may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
