Brown & Brown is looking for an Account Manager Associate to join our Commercial Lines team in Doral, Florida!
To work closely with the Commercial Lines Client Account Manager, Commercial Producers, and the Commercial Lines Marketing Rep to service new and existing accounts to achieve Agency sales goals and service standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Insurance of binders, certificates, automobile identifications cards, invoices, and similar items
  • Handle client request for information, endorsements, cancellations, and other services as required.
  • Pursue a program of personal and professional development
  • Keep the Client Account Manager informed of any service problems
  • Assist in resolving omitted items and commission differences when necessary
  • Follow procedures as established by management
  • Be proficient in available carrier rating systems where provided for Agency use
  • Assist in recommending coverages or coverage changes based upon client needs
  • Utilize agency automation with a high level of knowledge and proficiency
  • Process incoming mail for the account
  • Develop a full working knowledge of Commercial Lines procedure
  • Assist in analyzing insurance exposures and account summaries
  • Assist in compilation and preparation of marketing and underwriting data, including but not limited to: loss runs, Motor Vehicle Reports, experience modifications and FCCPCP credits
  • Review policies, endorsements, audits, and quotations prepared by our carriers for accuracy and completeness
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • High School Degree
  • At least two years of insurance experience
  • 220 License (Preferred)
  • Completion and or evidence of skills as outlined by Commercial Management
