As an Account Manager you will...


  • Organize workshops and other events to further strengthen customer loyalty
  • Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Build a deep understanding and expertise for the vivenu platform
  • Advise and inspire our customers and accompany them throughout the entire customer life cycle
  • Anticipate the wishes and needs of your customers and respond to them
  • Plan and implement strategic projects with your customers
  • Collaborate across teams on the further development of the vivenu platform and provide direct customer feedback
We are looking for candidates that...


  • Have strong organizational skills and a solution-oriented attitude
  • Have a bachelor's or equivalent degree
  • Have a customer-oriented mentality and an affinity for digital solutions
  • Have excellent language skills in English
  • Have experience dealing with customers as an Account Manager and SaaS customer success management
  • Have a willingness to commit to our customers and maintain close relationships
  • Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and grasp complex problems quickly
