Job Description
Founded in Tel Aviv in 2016, UVeye is a computer vision and data company that creates automatic vehicle inspection systems to encourage road safety and increase transparency across the automotive industry. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the US team who will be located in the Southeast Area with weekly domestic travel. The Account Manager will be the link between the company and clients to ensure all of their needs are being met and satisfied with the services the company is providing them. Account Managers constantly work to brainstorm new ways to maintain a strong, positive relationship with clients. Account Managers may also identify new business opportunities with existing clients.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction; analysis of feedback, definition of follow-up tasks, and ensure effectiveness
  • Establish and develop long-lasting, reliable customer relationships with decision makers on all levels and in all relevant functions
  • Create and align cross-divisional customer strategy with customer and product business units
  • Measure, monitor, and influence customer targets and strategies
  • Other projects as assigned.
  • You will be responsible for presenting, observing, and certifying new customers on platform operations in order to meet client and system standards.
  • Assist customers with maximizing the value that they receive from the products being delivered. Monitor usage, offer and provide training on functionality not being utilized by the customer.
  • Travel to customer locations for onboarding and system training.
Requirements:
  • Through training you will be giving insight on best practices that will leverage and drive the customer performance.
  • Business, Computer Science or Engineering Bachelor's degree
  • In-depth understanding of the Automotive dealership environment, fleet management, and logistics operations
  • Microsoft and or Google doc Excel, Power point, and Word experience
  • Need to be as comfortable speaking to a customer as you would a Sales Person, a Sales Manager, a Dealer Principal, a Public Company Director or a Manufacturer.
  • Have a verifiable track record of performance with Major/ Enterprise Account Management with Group references.
  • Willingness to Travel up to 65% of the time to various customer locations.
  • Able to execute account growth by creating opportunities for the client.
Bonus if you have:
  • Experience with startup companies
  • Experience working in Automotive retail environment
  • Knowledgeable dealer management system (DMS) , CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealer track, and Tekion
