MARKETING:

Client strategy: Work with the Bayshore team to develop a marketing strategy that aligns with client goals and objectives. This would include conducting market research, analyzing competitors, identifying target audiences, and outlining key messaging and tactics.

Creative services: Manage logo projects, work with the design team to create branded collateral, and work with the website team to design websites.Design and post social media graphics as needed.

Content creation: Work with the Bayshore team to develop a monthly blog plan, write and edit blogs, as needed, write press releases, craft content for social media posts, and create email campaigns for clients as needed. Also required would be client content strategy development, content planning and scheduling, and content distribution.

Campaign management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, including tracking and analyzing campaign performance, adjusting tactics as needed, and ensuring all deadlines are met.

Search engine optimization (SEO):Oversee the success of our SEO contracts and work with the Bayshore team to make sure all monthly reports are reviewed and delivered to clients in a timely manner.

Paid advertising: Manage the Bayshore PPC team:From keyword research, ad copy, landing page creation, conversion tracking, images for image extensions, Google Business access, site links, and budget approval. For Facebook ads, create carousel ads or videos and ensure all pixels are properly installed and tracking is in place.

Reputation management:Ensure any negative reviews on websites, Google Business listings, and social media are responded to, disputed, and resolved.

Analytics and reporting: Track and analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make strategic recommendations to clients.


Relationship management: Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. This may also involve developing and presenting proposals and providing high-quality customer service to clients.

Creative direction: Provide creative direction to the Bayshore team when needed, oversee the development of creative concepts, and ensure that the agency's work meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.

Industry thought leadership: As an account manager, you would be expected to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices and to position yourself and Bayshore Marketing Group as thought leaders. This might involve publishing leadership content or engaging in other forms of industry thought leadership.
