Human Resources Resources professionals are responsible for the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees. They are also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to employee relations, benefits, and compensation. Additionally, Human Resources Resources professionals are responsible for training and developing employees, as well as managing employee performance and providing feedback.What is Human Resources Resources Job Skills Required?
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
