Job Details

The VP of Operations and People will be a pivotal member of the executive team, driving the company's success through effective operations and people management. They will need to be a forward-thinking and adaptable leader, capable of managing complex challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What the role may look like

• Acting as the Chief of Staff in the CFOs absence,
• Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to drive efficiency and productivity across all departments
• Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and procedures to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
• Identify potential risks and challenges in the IPO process and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, compliance, and HR, to streamline processes and ensure alignment with IPO regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations management and human resources.
• Tech experience is a must and SaaS preferred.
• Masters degree preferred
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and process improvement.
