The business is seeking a seasoned and dedicated Vice President of Finance to lead their financial operations within the HealthTech landscape. As VP of Finance, you will be instrumental in shaping the company's financial strategies, plans, and policies. By utilizing your analytical acumen, you will guide decision-making through data-driven insights, optimize growth, and identify scalable efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable cycles, collaborating with the accounting manager and customers while introducing robust accounting and billing systems and controls.
• Lead the development, oversight, and management of the organization's investment plan.
• Gather and analyze financial data, offering insights into profitability, trends, costs, and compliance.
• Serve as a strategic financial advisor to the CEO and executive team, contributing to overall company strategy.
• Develop and implement effective methods for tracking revenue and expenses accurately.
• Take the reins in budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Oversee comprehensive accounting operations, encompassing payables, receivables, payroll, and tax preparation.
