The Vice President of People and Culture is responsible for developing and executing the organization’s human resources strategy and initiatives. This includes overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and retention of employees. The VP of People and Culture is responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s human resources strategy and initiatives.
