Job Description
About The Role
The VP, People Operations will be instrumental in building and evolving our People Operations functions supporting strategic retention goals, negotiating employment agreements, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations and championing our values while scaling for growth.
You will directly oversee a team of US people operations employees and partner with the Israel-based HR team to plan and execute the global people strategy.
BrainPOP is a hybrid work environment, and this role will be expected to spend time weekly in-office at our New York City headquarters.

  • Create annual compliance review calendar and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance (e..g Affirmative Action Plan, Anti-Harassment Training)
