VP of People and Culture
- Hybrid or Remote Opportunity
- FinTech space
- Up to $200K - $240K (DOE)
We are working with a scaling, Series B start up as they are looking to make a crucial People hire. Opportunity to have a seat at the table, lead a function, and implement change and improvements.
The VP of People and Culture will:
- Business partner with senior leadership and c-suite
- Refine HR processes and procedures and implement industry leading best practices
- Lead People team in building, maintaining, and improving culture, DEI, and wellbeing as the company scales
- Implement and streamline a process-oriented talent onboarding and development programs
- Provide coaching to managers and leaders to support employees and ensure effective channels of communication and employee satisfaction
Experience and Requirements:
- Passion for coaching, developing and mentoring team members
- Experience leading a US People and Culture function
- Proven track record of culture building
- Experience working for a fast paced/high growth start up – preferably in the tech space
