Your Responsibilities Will Include
Leading and overseeing the Financial department, including Accounting, FPA, and compliance, at our company
Advocating for the company's financial performance while prioritizing an exceptional customer experience
Developing effective reporting processes to track revenue, labor spend, food and packaging costs, and recruiting expenses across 100+ locations
Managing our outsourced accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and a timely close process
Creating robust financial models to guide long-term resource planning and goal setting for both the corporate level and individual kitchen performance
Implementing strong control mechanisms that empower corporate teams and Kitchen Managers to make informed decisions
Collaborating with the executive team to drive strategic decision-making at the company
Building a world-class finance function that sets the stage for our future as a public company
To Excel In This Role, We're Seeking Candidates With
A proven track record of successfully managing financial programs and processes (5 - 15 years of experience)
Experience in customer-facing industries with physical operations, such as retail, food, or hospitality
Adaptability to thrive in a startup environment, demonstrating strong prioritization skills and a focus on key performance drivers
Exceptional leadership skills, earning the trust of teams across the organization
Proactive mindset, independently driving results and effectively communicating a long-term vision
Strong analytical abilities, keen attention to detail, and the capacity to solve ambiguous problems efficiently through cross-functional collaboration
Salary Range: $140,000 to $250,000 per year. Compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and location.
