Our fast-growing team is looking for an experienced corporate hospitality and/or corporate travel sales executive to lead sales for the corporate segment. As Vice President, Corporate and Commercial Memberships, you will be responsible for bringing your strategic vision and innovative approach to drive Exclusive Yachts corporate membership sales worldwide. Reporting to the CEO, you will play a key role in generating new and expansion revenue, sales process design, and the creation of efficient programs that allow high productivity in a model that allows us to scale quickly with success.

ABOUT EXCLUSIVE YACHTS


RESPONSIBILITIES

-Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net-worth individuals, corporations, and small/medium sized business owners interested in high value client entertaining, employee rewards, and elevating business relationships.
  • In addition to the company generated leads provided, be responsible for proactive lead generation via outbound calling and networking.
  • Maintain prospect database by following the HubSpot CRM system functionality standards to stay organized and generate reports
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for demand generation -- inbound and outbound -- and other marketing programs to nurture leads and drive high conversion rates and efficient customer acquisition.
  • Define goals and strategy to drive recurring revenue from new and expansion customers in the corporate segment. Delivery revenue against mutually agreed targets.
  • Understand client needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Optimize and improve a scalable sales model that enables high growth in markets around North America and utilizes the best combination of web, inside sales, field sales, and partners to serve our customers best.

-Negotiation and Closing:

  • Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing to secure deals that align with company goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively handle objections and concerns, turning them into opportunities to showcase the benefits of our offerings.

-Reporting and Analytics:

  • Create a predictable sales model that enables accurate forecasting on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Continually assess, clarify, and validate strategy and process. Track, measure, and report on sales effectiveness and adjust programs and strategies as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management, offering suggestions for improving sales strategies.

-Networking and Industry Awareness:

  • Represent the company as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic ambassador of our luxury yachting and hospitality services.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and gatherings to build a strong professional network and stay informed about industry trends.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years in corporate hospitality sales, corporate travel sales, sponsorship sales, or similar, with a focus on building and maintaining high-value client relationships.
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • You will also enjoy working various membership events, from private dinner events to exclusive yachting events organized and responsive, keeping in mind that prospective members are often available outside of standard business hours
  • Demonstrated progressive sales leadership experience in luxury travel / entertainment and/or hospitality with a track record of success consistentlydelivering against sales targets and managing sales forecasts
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • University degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market and the ability to anticipate client needs. Yachting industry experience and knowledge is not required, but is preferred.
  • Strong technical literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace (Google Drive), and collaboration tools such as Slack and Asana.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM software - Sales Hub and Marketing Hub.
  • You enjoy picking up the phone, tracking down leads, following up relentlessly on promises and deals, and, most importantly, closing new corporate membership sales
  • Experience in luxury cruise, private aviation, yachting, or luxury resort groups or corporate sales via direct and travel partners is a major plus.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit is paramount (while we are built upon a 16-year yacht charter business, we are still a start-up)
  • Strong ability to interact and influence effectively with C-level executives and team members.


LOCATION

  • This role is categorized as a Hybrid position with travel to Exclusive Yachts' corporate offices in Naples, FL.


COMPENSATION

  • Company-sponsored health insurance and 401k with match
  • Starting at S150,000 per year, subject to experience
  • Annual bonus opportunities
  • In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance, and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
