Are you willing to join a creative and innovative Sales luxury team? Hublot North America is looking for a VP of Sales.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Vice President of Sales provides general management of all Sales in North America. This person will be responsible for optimizing the retail, wholesale and franchises network, drive its rapid growth, profitability and for enhancing the client experience. As a member of the North American management team, the VP of Sales will work closely with the President and all department heads to ensure full consistency with the brand platform and Maison strategy across the organization.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
STRATEGY
- Identify new market opportunities; ensure that all new locations meet ROI expectations. Manage site selection and lease negotiations in partnership with the VP Finance & Operations and the LVMH Real-estate and Legal teams
- Develop and execute business strategy and plans for the market to achieve/exceed budgeted targets and enhance brand positioning across North America
- Establish annual sales and profit objectives within the region, grow revenue, margin and profit.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts on a monthly and annual basis
- Analyze sales on an on-going basis to identify trends and develop action plans to address issues and maximize sales opportunities
· In depth understanding of sales processes, to establish the best practice in sales overseeing performance against key goals
CLIENT EXPERIENCE
- Elevate the customer experience in store
- Implement/Develop CRM practice and help driving omnichannel mindset
- Establish operating standards and ensure a consistent and superior customer experience in all locations
RETAIL MARKETING & VISUAL MERCHANDISING
- Ensure each store develops and implements a marketing plan – events/animations
- Ensure optimal presentation of the brand and product in store
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize ROI on retail marketing activities and ensure superior visual merchandising implementation in all points of sale
- Manage the design and build-out of all new locations.
OPERATIONS/RETAIL PERFORMANCE
- Ensure and implement efficient and flawless operating procedures
- Ensure inventory plans and allocations support overall business plan and financial objectives
- Ensure that operations comply with all federal, state and local regulations.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase the productivity per door.
- Manage annual budget process. Define resource requirements and maintain a constant review of financial results for the retail operations.
- Deliver retail and merchandising metrics which track current performance and impact future planning and actions
PEOPLE
- Lead, Manage and Develop the sales team
- Lead, Coach and Motivate retail teams to thrive for excellence in execution
- Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure our retail organization structure, teams skills and abilities, training programs and benefits & compensation schemes align with our retail talent strategy
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the region
- 10+ years of retail experience in fast growing, premium/luxury environment
- Proven track record of successfully developing retail/sales operations in North America
- Must have an eye for detail
- Experience leading and managing remote teams
- Ability to inspire teams and drive change
- Must be a strong communicator
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
