Vice President Operations Jobs

The VP of Operations coordinates resources of multiple administrative disciplines/functions of the company. Ensures continual efficient and compliant operational performance of the department and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Leads the company operations' group by developing, communicating, and building consensus for goals/programs that support business or region.
• Develops and articulates a short-term strategic vision for areas of responsibility.
• Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Duties not mentioned here, but considered related are not essential functions.
• Reviews comprehensiveness of programs on an ongoing basis and develops strategies for program adaptation to market changes.
• Develops strategies for clinical operations programs adaptation to market changes and implements new service delivery models.
• Identifies and implements technology to improve operations.
• Implements policies, standards and procedures that support and facilitate company operations services across the system.
• Reports on operational performance, justification and/or corrective action.
• Develops clinical operations goals and objectives including identifying and implementing opportunities for enhanced patient satisfaction.
• Selects, develops, manages, and evaluates direct reports; oversees the selection, development, management and evaluation of indirect reports.

This position reports directly to the COO of the company and will essentially be the contact point for all Clinical to corporate communications. This position encompasses HR and Operations for the time being. The company is open to offering the right candidate a partnership role with direct profit share.
