Job Description

The Role You'll Play to Create Success

We are eager to announce a full-time Vice President of Sales position in Tampa Bay, FL filled with many exciting opportunities! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the Client Staffing business everyday by promoting sales and client retention through excellent customer service by directing and promoting the sale of direct hire and temporary staffing services.

  1. Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control the sales program.
  2. Coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, goals, and provides technical assistance and completes sales calls with staff.
  3. Reviews market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns.
  4. Travels with Business Development Executives to prospect/client locations in order to help drive business as well as to support and provide on-going feedback.
  5. Motivates success as a sales hunter, opening up exciting new relationships with major accounts with an exceptional work ethic, positive attitude, strong integrity, and drive to succeed.
  6. Represents Company at trade shows and industry association meetings to promote staffing.
  7. Acts as liaison between sales and other departments.
  8. Holds sales meetings and liaise between sales & recruiting/operations.
  9. Reviews financial reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
  10. Actively assess field performance daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly.
  11. Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales.
  12. Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and promote sales.

Keys to success in this position include knowledge of business-to-business sales, as well as company services and products. Bachelor's degree required. Five (5) years of staffing industry or related sales experience and two (2) years of supervisory experience required.
