Overview
You will be responsible for the operational management and support of current and future-state processes within Document Custody Operations. The Document Custody Operations team (750+ staff over multiple shifts) processes over 45,000 document related transactions daily. This includes the receipt of upwards of 5k packages containing upwards of 30k files daily, the sorting and directing of these files to the appropriate Operations' teams, the accurate management and filing of these new files with over 23mm files in existing inventory, and the fulfillment of 15k shipping requests daily for over 100 clients.

What You'll Do
- Manage and coordinate delivery of the regulatory projects, providing status reports to program stakeholders, and escalating where appropriate, being cognizant of industry change that could impact operation's function, liaise with internal points of contact for industry and regulatory events
- Participate in the design and conceptualization of new business solutions and articulate the identified impacts and risks
- Provide stakeholders with clear status updates to assist the delivery of timely, accurate, and compliant business requirement documentation
- Promote continuous improvement and driving group strategy across several initiatives, minimizing risks, mitigating issues, and escalating where appropriate, being commercial and identify opportunities to reduce costs for the function
- Collaborate and drive change with Run the Bank business owners (Front Office and Operations), Legal and Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, and the relevant Deutsche Bank technology delivery programs
- Manage regulatory projects ensuring requirements and deliverables are met in a timely manner, ensuring full traceability, focusing on benefits in conjunction with costs and broader incentives for Operations
How You'll Lead
- Coordinate with other Operation's team managers to insure internal and external service level agreements are achieved daily
- Prepare metrics and reports for senior management daily
- Lead multiple File Room teams to insure accurate and timely processing of daily document inventory
Skills You'll Need
- Work experience in an operational warehouse environment with a good understanding of products and front-to-back processes
- Ability to manage and prioritize numerous tasks concurrently and ensure timely delivery of urgent requests
- Experience in delivering and or coordinating small to medium programs
- Experience managing onshore and offshore staff, ensuring team cohesion and stability
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with keen attention to detail, strong communication, and presentation skills both oral and written
