The Executive Vice President, Global Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence will be responsible for working closely with the heads of National Accounts, Business Development and Product Development on Strategy and Execution. This role will set the sales plan including individual goals, drive overall results ensuring that regional and global resources attain their targets. They will respond to sales and marketing team needs and fulfill our customer’s needs. Additionally, the Executive Vice President, Global Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence will be expected to communicate the Symmetry value proposition and solution for security consultants, system integrators, end-users, and other interested parties. Therefore, the VP, Global Sales should be comfortable in public speaking roles. Travel for this role will vary in frequency and is expected to be between 50-70%. Other travel includes participation at industry trade shows 2-3

times each year (in varying locations).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with Vice of Security and Information Management Solutions to drive enterprise solutions sales
• Manage sales and marketing team through an effective sales process across North America and Global to drive sales performance and meet/exceed revenue goals
• Develop and execute strategy to grow market with Dealers, Consultants and End Users

• Manage forecasting and budgeting for monthly review on Sales Pipeline, Top Opportunities and Accounts

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Formal Education, Licenses, and Certifications Required:

• Associate’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field of study with a minimum of twelve (12)
• Must possess one or more of the following:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field of study

• High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of fourteen (14) years of security sales experience

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required:

• Minimum of ten (10) years of security sales experience with access control, video systems, and identity

management solutions

• Work experience demonstrating a track record of success in managing teams
• Consultative sales experience, solution selling

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Ability to successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
• Proven ability to maintain correspondence, discussions, and materials with strict discretion
• Ability to manage complex projects and successfully multi-task
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented sales environment that allows for collaboration with the
