This 100% remote role is open to residents of Texas and Florida.
Here's What You'll Be Doing
Understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns, translating them into actionable plans.
Planning and executing projects, making sure they are delivered on time and effectively.
Designing and managing software deployments, ensuring they are within scope and delivered successfully.
Collaborating with other departments and personnel to ensure customer needs are being met.
Keeping accounts engaged and following up to ensure they are utilizing the software effectively.
Supporting educational initiatives and staying up to date with product developments.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive revenue.
Demonstrating technical expertise and a passion for customer success.
Monitoring customer adoption and usage metrics and providing guidance to address issues.
Building strong relationships with new accounts to ensure long-term success.
Maintaining product knowledge and continuously learning.
To Excel In This Role, You Should Have
An associate degree or equivalent work experience and at least two years of software implementation/consulting experience or technical support.
2-3 years of experience using similar software solutions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and follow-through skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of internal systems and software solutions.
Customer consulting and marketing experience is a plus.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
IT technical skills and the ability to advance technologically.
