Overview Remote Customer Technical Support is responsible for providing technical assistance to customers who are having difficulties with their products or services. This role requires excellent customer service skills, technical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities. The Remote Customer Technical Support will be responsible for troubleshooting customer issues, providing solutions, and escalating issues when necessary. Detailed Job Description The Remote Customer Technical Support will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat. This role requires excellent customer service skills, technical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities. The Remote Customer Technical Support will be responsible for troubleshooting customer issues, providing solutions, and escalating issues when necessary. The Remote Customer Technical Support will also be responsible for providing product and service information, as well as maintaining customer records.
